Mid-senior Maintenance Technician (direct hire, on site in Twinsburg, OH; 3 positions — 2nd Shift Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 3rd Shift Sun–Thu 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, estimated 50–60 hrs/week). Performs a wide variety of skilled, complex mechanical and electrical maintenance work; installs, repairs, and maintains manufacturing equipment and plant facilities (moderately physical). Diagnoses mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions; determines repair procedures; navigates/interprets ladder logic in SLC 500, PLC-5, and ControlLogix for troubleshooting; modifies positions and diagnoses ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700); installs, moves, and aligns new/existing equipment; sets up/operates machine shop equipment; performs gas and electric welding; completes machine repair records, maintains work area; performs preventive and proactive maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Technical or vocational subjects (certificates or some college courses) · 48 months of related experience in Allen Bradley, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding · Maintenance Technician 'A' level: proficient at troubleshooting die casting machine cells through the use of PLCs and electrical and hydraulic schematics · Ability to apply principles acquired through technical/vocational subjects
