Who we are
Cowen Enterprises Group is a recruiting and referral firm based in Jacksonville, Florida, recruiting nationwide. It was founded — and is still run — by a working CDL-A truck driver with 13 years on the road. That matters more than it might sound: the person reviewing your application has sat in the seat, run the routes, and dealt with the same recruiters and job boards you have. We know what a good job looks like from the driver’s side of the table, and the same goes for the nurses, techs, engineers and tradespeople we place — every application here is read by a real person, not run through a black box.
Meet the founder
Kevin Cowen · Founder, Cowen Enterprises Group · Jacksonville, FL
Kevin spent 13 years on the road as a CDL-A truck driver before starting Cowen Enterprises Group in Jacksonville, Florida. He built this firm to give job seekers a free, honest route to real openings: pick the jobs you want, fill out one short form, and a real person reviews every application and submits it to the employers you chose. No fees for job seekers — ever.
Why we exist
Most job boards make you apply to every job one at a time — same resume, same questions, a dozen different websites, and silence from most of them. We built the opposite: you pick every job you like, put them on one list, fill out one form, and we submit your application to each employer for you and follow up. One application can cover every job you pick.
How it works
Browse the board and tap “+ Add to my list” on every job you like — one job or twenty.
One set of details and one resume covers your whole list. It takes about a minute, right from your phone.
We submit your application to each employer on your list and follow up with you by email.
Our promises
Free for job seekers — always. You will never be charged a fee, at any step, for any job on this board.
Your information is never sold. Your resume and contact details go to the employers you picked — and nowhere else. See our Privacy Policy.
A real person reviews every application. No automated rejections, no resume black holes — a person reads what you send and works your list.
