The short version

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers of any kind. We never sell your information. The only information we have about you is what you type into one of our forms yourself, and we use it for one purpose: matching you with a job (or, for employers, handling your job-posting request).

What we collect — only what you send us

Job email list: your email address and the kind of work you pick. "Don't see your job listed?" form: your name, email, optional phone number, city and state, the kind of work you want, anything you type about what you're looking for, and your resume if you paste or upload one. Employer form: your name, company, contact details, and the jobs you want posted. Blog comments: your name, your email address (never displayed), and your comment — comments are reviewed before they appear, and only your name and comment are shown publicly once approved. Applying to a listed job: applications are sent to us through the form on the job's page — your name, email, phone number, and resume, tagged with the job you picked — and we submit your application to the employer or hiring partner for that job.

How we use it

To match you to openings, email you matching jobs, and — when you apply or ask us to match you — share your details and resume with the specific employer or hiring partner for that job. That's it. No marketing lists for other companies, no data brokerage, no sale or rental of your information to anyone, ever.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies and run no third-party trackers — no Google Analytics, no Facebook/Meta pixel, no advertising or session-recording tools. Our visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. One small exception to know about: if you close the email-list popup, your browser stores a simple on/off note on your own device (called local storage) so the popup doesn't nag you on every page. That note never leaves your device, contains nothing about you, and is not tracking.

Who else is involved

The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting and the anonymous page-view counts above), which processes form submissions so we can receive them.

Your choices

Email us at [email protected] at any time to see what we have from you, correct it, or have it deleted — we'll take care of it and confirm by email. Every job-alert email can be ended with a reply asking us to stop, and we'll remove you.

Children

This site is for job seekers and employers. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
