About this job

Mid-senior MEP Tech (direct hire, on site; end client D56 Construction) responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects — reading/following blueprints and schematics, roughing in and finishing MEP components, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring quality and code compliance. Executes quality MEP work on new constructions, additions, remodels; installs/connects/terminates MEP components; reads/interprets construction drawings and specs; maintains tools; follows safety protocols (lockout/tagout, code compliance); works with project teams and other trades; documents daily progress; reports challenges; tracks material usage; performs quality/function checks; mentors less experienced team members; completes punch lists and final checks.

Requirements

4 years experience required · Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems · Strong knowledge of MEP installation methods · Ability to read/interpret construction drawings and schematics · Proficiency with MEP tools and testing equipment · Safety-conscious (NEC, IPC, IMC) · Must provide own tools · Must be within 20 minute drive of the Middletown PA area · Self-motivated, detail-oriented, time management, physical stamina
